I know these studios from the inside. I watched owners run a full timetable out of a spreadsheet, a group chat and a payment link, then pay a fortune for software designed for gym chains with forty locations.

studiofacile.app is deliberately small. A timetable, waitlists that actually move people up, class packs that expire the way the owner said they expire, and payouts that reconcile without a bookkeeper. That is the whole product.

Being a customer of my own software changes the roadmap. Features get cut when I watch someone not use them. The waitlist logic was rewritten twice because I was standing at the desk while it went wrong.

It runs on infrastructure I maintain myself, so the uptime work I do for clients is the same work I do for me. Useful for staying honest.
