This is the studio side of my work, run with a co-founder. Clients come to us for a site or a store and stay for the part most agencies quietly stop doing after launch: maintenance, monitoring, and answering the phone.

We keep the client list small on purpose. Everything we ship, we host and maintain, which means bad decisions come back to us. A strong incentive to make fewer of them.

It is also where the rescue work started. Enough inherited projects arrived in bad shape that fixing other people’s infrastructure became a discipline of its own, and eventually its own product.
